Utilizing the design/build concept, our staff is comprised of highly qualified construction experts who select vendors and closely oversee each construction project.

DESIGN

Successful project development requires the best efforts of experts from many fields. Our design/build approach works well in assembling these experts into an efficient, highly productive team. The team consists of Bunn-Brantley Enterprises and the Property Owner, both surrounded by a network of qualified specialists. These specialists include Land Developers, Architects, Civil and Structural Engineers, Lending Agencies, Financial Consultants, Legal Consultants as well as Trade Specific Specialists for each area of Construction Deliverables. This collaborative effort promotes open, accurate, complete and concise communication among all parties during both design and building phases leading to successful project competition.

PERMITTING
